Redeemer Academy Continues: Moses Lee’s class on “Church History” and Jacques Villarreal’s class on “Psalms”will continue through mid-August. You can find more info on the Events page of our website, or by emailing Scott.
Weekly Women’s Intercessory Prayer: As a reminder, the Women’s Ministry leads a time of intercessory prayer every Sunday before the service from 10-10:20am. Please email Kimberlee if you want to receive weekly email reminders.
Greet Your Friendly Neighborhood Police Officer: As a reminder, we highly encourage you to greet the off-duty Arlington County Police Officer each Sunday. Please feel free to thank, chat with, or even tell a good joke to the officer. This is a great opportunity to appreciate and witness to police officers in our area!
Faith and Race Discussion Continues on July 21: There's still time to join Redeemer's monthly meetings to discuss The Bridge to Racial Unity. Our next meeting is Sunday, July 21 from 1 to 3 pm, and we'll will meet at AUMC in the lobby. Short reading assignments and homework activities will be provided to help facilitate the upcoming discussion and increase our knowledge. Children Ministry Recruitment Currently, we have 30 of our 72 needed volunteers ready to go! Jackie is excited to be signed up to re-up in teaching preschool and invites you to join our awesome team for 1 Sunday each month. Note: you must be a member in order to be a CM volunteer.
Coffee Team: We all love and appreciate the supply of coffee on Sunday mornings! The team is looking to have someone join and cover the 2nd Sundays of the month. No barista experience required! If able to serve in this way please contact Lynne Lee
